The Terminator Single Volume System with 5-Way Selector Switch for Humbucker - Single - Humbucker (SV-HSH) is specially designed for instruments with two humbucker pickups with coil splitting options in the bridge and neck positions, and a single coil in the middle position.  This instrument would utilize a single volume and "NO" tone control. 

When installed following the instructions provided, the switch positions will be as follows:

Position 1 - Bridge Pickup Full Humbucker
Position 2 - Bridge Pickup Coil Tapped & Middle Pickup 
Position 3 - Middle Pickup 
Position 4 - Neck Pickup Coil Tapped & Middle Pickup
Position 5 - Neck Pickup Full Humbucker
